Lahore: The Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) has achieved a landmark with the completion of its fastest land transfer, involving plots Lahore Prime 4 and 5, for a total of PKR 6.9 billion. This transaction not only sets a record for speed but also for the value at auction in Punjab's real estate history.
According to Zameen.Com, the transaction involved a 23-kanal plot, previously owned by the Pakistan Corporate Consortium REIT fund. This marks the first plot transfer from CBD Punjab to the Pakistan Corporate Consortium (PCC), with the Board of Revenue recording its highest transfer fee for the fiscal year 2023-2024. Taxes for this transfer totaled more than PKR 310 million.
CBD Punjab has emphasized its commitment to facilitating investors by ensuring land transfers within 24 hours of receiving full payment. This initiative highlights CBD Punjab’s focus on creating an efficient and investor-friendly environment, streamlining processes to enhance investor convenience and support rapid business transactions.
