CDA to Develop Islamabad’s First Wildlife Safari Park

Islamabad, The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has unveiled plans to establish the first Wildlife Safari Park in Islamabad, aiming to enhance the city's recreational and environmental conservation efforts.

According to Zameen.Com, the upcoming Wildlife Safari Park will adopt a jungle theme, featuring tree houses, opportunities for close animal encounters, and a dedicated rehabilitation and rescue center for wildlife. CDA Chairman, Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa, highlighted the importance of integrating lessons from both national and international safari parks to ensure the creation of a top-tier facility. He announced that detailed planning has been completed, and construction of the park, along with the development of Pakistan Street, is scheduled to begin in the upcoming financial year.
