Emirates and Condor Boost Global Connectivity with New Partnership

Dubai, Emirates and Condor have announced a significant enhancement to their global connectivity through a newly activated reciprocal interline agreement. This collaboration will enable customers to access 70 routes across various continents including Europe, Africa, Asia, Australasia, and the Middle East. The agreement, which includes a single ticket fare and a hassle-free baggage policy, was formalized at the Dubai Airshow.

According to Emirates, the agreement was signed by Adnan Kazim, Emirates Chief Commercial Officer, and Jens Boyd, Condor Commercial Director. This partnership marks a strategic expansion for both airlines, offering Emirates' passengers seamless access to numerous European and Caribbean destinations via Condor. These include 24 regional points via Frankfurt, 12 via Dusseldorf, 9 via Hamburg, and 12 via Munich. Popular cities like Malaga, Ibiza, Cancun, and Havana are now readily accessible to Emirates' customers under this new arrangement.

Conversely, the agreement provides Condor's customers with convenient access to flights operated by Emirates between Frankfurt and Dubai, and beyond to 12 locations in Asia, Australasia, Africa, and the Middle East. Destinations such as Auckland, Bangkok, Male, Muscat, and Mauritius are included in this extended network.

Tickets for these routes are available for immediate purchase and can be booked through the Emirates and Condor websites, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and all major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) via travel agents.

The partnership significantly expands Emirates' presence in Europe, adding 57 new destinations through its four gateways in Germany. This development is a part of Emirates' ongoing effort to meet customer demand and expand its global reach. The airline, which has been serving Germany since 1987, currently operates 63 weekly flights to Frankfurt, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, and Munich. With the addition of Condor to its network, Emirates now has 30 codeshare and 121 interline partners, enabling its customers to reach over 1,500 cities across six continents.
