Karachi: inDrive, a global mobility and services platform, has introduced a new grocery delivery service in Pakistan, in collaboration with Krave Mart. The service, named inDrive.Groceries, is now available to users in Karachi, with plans for expansion to Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi later in 2026.
According to InDrive, this development is part of its strategy to form a Super App that aligns with Pakistan's market needs, merging mobility, delivery, and daily essentials into a single platform. By including grocery delivery, inDrive seeks to boost user engagement and integrate a broader range of services catering to fairness and choice.
Nurken Rzaliyev, Head of Q-Commerce Services at inDrive, stated, "This launch is a step towards creating more opportunities for local businesses, delivery partners, and customers." The collaboration with Krave Mart, a prominent dark-store-based q-commerce platform, allows inDrive.Groceries to offer over 7,500 products, with an average delivery time of 20-30 minutes. Customers can benefit from exclusive deals and free delivery on orders exceeding PKR 599 without service fees.
Kassim Shroff, Founder and CEO at Krave Mart, emphasized the significance of this partnership, stating that it sets a new standard for convenience in Pakistan's grocery delivery sector. The initiative is positioned to cater to the growing trend of online grocery shopping in urban areas, moving away from traditional kiryana stores.
InDrive, already recognized as a leader in Pakistan's ride-hailing market, continues to expand its service offerings with a focus on fairness, transparency, and choice, supporting local businesses and drivers through various initiatives.
