ISB Residents to Benefit from New CDA Mega One-Window Centers

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is set to enhance service delivery in Islamabad by establishing three mega one-window centers in G-11, G-7, and Kahuta, as reported on July 3.

According to Zameen.Com, this initiative aims to simplify access to essential services for residents, offering a range of facilities under one roof. Each center will feature twelve counters for various CDA services and another twelve for services provided by NADRA, police, FBR, passport services, and other relevant agencies. Part of the Islamabad Digitalisation Plan, these centers will improve the efficiency and accessibility of public services through digital integration.

The first center, currently being upgraded at the G-7 CDA Facilitation Centre, will serve as a model for the others. Once operational, these centers will enable citizens to obtain identity cards, licenses, passports, and pay property taxes, vehicle registrations, pensions, and utility bills. They will also facilitate lodging complaints and registering FIRs, ensuring comprehensive support for various needs.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has directed the CDA to expedite the project, emphasizing its importance in reducing bureaucratic delays and improving public service efficiency in the capital.
