Bloodbath was witnessed at the local bourse after govt. announced additional taxes on 13 sectors. KSE100 partially recovered towards the end of the trading session closing at 41,052, down 1,665 points DoD. Volumes stood at 421mn shares where KEL (0.4%), CNERGY (-7.4%), PRL (-7.4%), TELE (-4.5%) and UNITY (-4.1%) were the major volume contributors. Going forward, we recommend investors to remain cautious at current levels and wait for any fresh buying.
