Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan has released the latest Karachi Interbank Offered Rate (KIBOR) figures, reflecting the rates at which banks are willing to lend or borrow funds from one another within the specified time frames. The data includes bid and offer rates for tenors ranging from one week to one year.
According to State Bank of Pakistan, the bid rate for the one-week tenor stands at 10.21 percent, with an offer rate of 10.71 percent. The two-week tenor shows a bid rate of 10.19 percent and an offer rate of 10.69 percent. The one-month tenure has a bid of 10.11 percent and an offer of 10.61 percent, while the three-month period maintains a bid of 10.11 percent and an offer of 10.36 percent.
Additionally, the six-month period is listed with a bid rate of 10.10 percent and an offer rate of 10.35 percent. The nine-month tenor is recorded at a bid of 10.06 percent and an offer of 10.56 percent. Finally, the one-year tenor shows a bid rate of 10.05 percent and an offer rate of 10.55 percent. These rates serve as a benchmark for lending rates in Pakistan's financial markets.
