Modi Fears Facing Nation After Pakistan Victory: Ghani

Islamabad: Sindh’s Local Government Minister, Saeed Ghani, declared India globally isolated after Operation Bunyan al-Marsus, with international support rallying behind Pakistan. He asserted a dramatic shift in both nations' images post-conflict. "India's reputation is tarnished, and its diplomatic efforts have crumbled. Modi now dreads confronting his own people," Ghani stated at a North Karachi Association of Trade and Industry (NKATI) Independence Day event, also attended by NKATI President Faisal Maiz Khan.

Ghani observed unparalleled patriotic enthusiasm during this year's Independence Day festivities. "This level of zeal is unprecedented, and next year's celebrations will be even grander," he promised.

Public morale surged after the Operation Bunyan al-Marsus triumph, he noted, adding that India's economy faces significant upheaval after the loss.

While admitting past disagreements with military actions, Ghani emphasized the armed forces' exclusive role in national defense. "No civilian can replicate the military's defense capabilities. A robust military is crucial, despite any differences. Undermining the military benefits our adversaries," he cautioned.

The minister proclaimed that Pakistan's perceived weakness compared to India has been shattered. "Pakistan now projects strength and unity, while India appears diminished. Our Army, Air Force, and Navy's victories have honored the nation and reshaped global perceptions."

Increased public participation in celebrations across Pakistani cities reflects the armed forces' outstanding performance. "Celebrating Independence Day and our victory over India was essential."

Ghani stressed national unity's importance, particularly against attempts to divide Pakistan along political, ethnic, religious, and sectarian lines. "During this conflict, Pakistanis stood united—a crucial message for our future."

NKATI President Faisal Maiz Khan stated that the 78th Independence Day holds greater significance due to India's defeat. "The Pakistan Army delivered a fitting response to India." He also commended the Sindh government's impressive Independence Day programs from August 1st to 14th.

Ghani and business community members concluded the NKATI ceremony by cutting an Independence Day cake.
