Faisalabad, April 25, 2022 (PPI-OT):Approval of bonus by the Board of Directors (BODs) for the officers and officials of the company is the result of their excellent performance, achievement of recovery and line losses targets, maintenance of the system despite the outbreak of corona pandemic and shortage of staff and improvement in the customer services said, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) Engineer Bashir Ahmed, He was addressing a delegation of WAPDA Hydroelectric Central Labour Union at FESCO Headquarters here today.

He said that Chairman and Board members expect from FESCO staff to work harder and more diligently to take the company at top position. He added that provision of excellent services to the customers is top priority of the FESCO Board and company management and they have taken concrete and comprehensive measures to ensure uninterrupted power supply to consumers.

Customer services have been modernized, online application system introduced for new electricity connections, billing accuracy, extension of their dates, etc have been computerized and a paperless environment is being promoted in Customer Care centers while employees problems are being solved and facilities are being provided to them.

General Secretary Hydro Union Chaudhry Sarfraz Handal thanked the Board members and the Chief Executive Officer for the approval of the bonus and 15% disparity allowance and assured them that all they would utilize their conscious efforts to further improve the customer service. Director General (HR and A) Nasar Hayat Maken, Director Legal and Labour Farrukh Aftab, Director (PR) Tahir Sheikh and Deputy Director (Admin) Mehmood Ahmed were also present at this occasion.
